One Devonshire Place #1109

A second photo, as promised. I've yet to find much photo-worthy at the Minneapolis airport where I seem to be spending most of my time lately, so here's another Boston photo of some downtown buildings near sunset. Notably, the large white building on the left is good 'ol The Devonshire. And of slightly less historical importance: the building in the foreground is the Old State House, which dates back to 1713. It was the center of all political life and debate in colonial Boston. On July 18, 1776, citizens gathered in the street to hear the Declaration of Independence read from the building's balcony, the first public reading in Massachusetts. Today, the building is run by The Bostonian Society as a Boston history museum.
